Please ensure you have the following forms available before starting the application:
- Income documents
- Landlord contact information
- Proof of amount owed or judgement order
- Lease.
If you have not already spoken to your landlord, do so before starting, as this application will notify them and ask them to complete a portion of this application. This is a voluntary program for both tenants and landlords and financial assistance is not guaranteed, and all application are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
